We don't accept cancellation after your order has been shipped.
From June 25, 2021 we no longer accept returns and exchanges.
All products performing quality control before shipping. Customer can submit a refund request if the product is defective or damaged, or it is different from your order. Please contact us within 3 days after delivery. In that case, the shipping fee will be born by this shop. If the item is in stock at our shop, it will be exchanged instead of refunded. Please note.
We don’t issue refund if:
– Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
– Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Bohointernal.store (i.e. not cleared by customs, lost by delivery, delayed by a natural disaster).
If more than 3 days have gone by since the time you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept your refund request.
